Manage “All Docs” Section

“All Docs” is a section that the admin can check all documents in progress, approved documents and rejected documents.

** Basic Info

  • “All Docs” section is accessed only by the executive admin(s) and the main account owner.
  • The executive admin(s) and the main account owner can see and delete all documents.

 Access Administrator > All documents .

All Docs

1. Check document info and approval status

Administrator can check the document information (requester, document name, approver and location of current document) and status (in progress, completed, rejejcted).

2. Delete document(s)

After selecting document(s) to delete, click ‘Delete Selected Items’ button to delete the document(s).

※ The executive admin (Google Drive owner) and general admin(s) can open, delete and modify all documents.

※ Deleted document(s) cannot be recovered and is/are deleted in the executive admin’s Google Drive. Also, people who created and approved the document(s) can no longer see the document(s).

3. Search document(s)

You can search document(s) in progress or approved. Try searching document(s) in progress or approved.

※ Filter Options :

  • Author
  • Doc Forms
  • File Type (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Premium Form)
  • Created Date
  • Date of Final Approval
  • Title
