Are you currently using Internet Explorer (IE) and having difficulty logging into Docswave?

We will show you a simple way to resolve this.

First, open an IE window.

Click the gear-wheel icon at the top rightThen, click the menu ‘Internet options.’ In the ‘General’ tab, click the ‘Settings’ button for search history

You will then see a pop-up; select ‘Every time I visit the webpage’ and click ‘OK.’.

Now, click the ‘OK’ button in the Internet Options window.

This kind of setting is necessary because Docswave is a web-based service. Since we are frequently updating our services, updates will not be reflected in your web browser if such steps are not taken.
