Position/Title Setting

Docswave provides Position/Title that are used generally. So administrator can add or modify the position suitable for the organization.


▶ 
Access Administrator > Position/Title management menu.

 1. Add Position/Title

Write the Position name and press ‘+’ button to add position/title.

* Use a drag and drop to change the sequence of position/title.

 2. Modify Position/Title

Select the item to change and click ‘Pen button. Correct the name and then certainly click the ‘Modify’ button to modify the name.

  3. Delete Position/Title

Select the item to delete and click ‘waste box(delete)’ button to delete it.

But it is impossible to delete a position assigned to any members. So, please delete it after changing their position to another.
