When there is no response after clicking ‘Print Doc’

Have you clicked ‘Print Doc’ but only see a screen that is loading? This might be because your browser’s pop-ups or new windows have been blocked. The following instructions may be helpful in this case.

1. For Chrome Browser users

(1) Click the ‘Print Doc’ button.

(2) If there is no response after loading, check the end of the address bar in your browser. Click the pop-up block icon.

(3) Select ‘Always show pop-ups from [Docswave].’ 

(4) Then, try clicking the ‘Print Doc’ button again. You can check the PDF’s print preview in a new window or tab.

(5) Check the document and approval process, then click the printer image on the upper part of the screen..

2. For Internet Explorer users

(1) Click the ‘Print Doc’ button.

(2) If there is no response after loading, check the alert box at the lower part of the screen.

(3) Click ‘Options’ and select ‘Always allow.’.

(4) Try clicking the ‘Print Doc’ button again. You can check the PDF’s print preview in a new window or tab

(5) Check the document and approval process, then click the printer image on the upper part of the screen.

※ To allow pop-ups of all sites, uncheck the ‘Turn on Pop-up Blocker’ from your browser’s Tools > Internet options > Privacy.
