A Guide of My WORKFLOW menu

The Workflow menu of Docswave is the menu that includes the approval related documents such as ‘Draft document’, ‘In-progress documents’, and ‘Approved/Rejected documents.

1. Draft docs

▶ Access Workflow menu > Draft docs menu.

Available to check the list of documents that are stopped to write or temporarily saved.

If the screen was OFF while writing the request or there are some problems in the system, the documents shall be saved in Draft document box.

In addition, if you cancelled the request after writing the request, the corresponding document shall move to Draft document box.

2. Workflow Documents

▶ Access Workflow menu > Workflow Documents menu 

You can check all documents which are related to me on Docswave.

When you click the ‘All documents’ button, you can see the documents following progress.

  • All documents
  • In-progress documents
  • Completed documents
  • Rejected documents

1) In-progress docs

▶ Click the In-progress docs menu in ‘All documents▼‘ menu

You can find all the In-progress documents (the document that I requested, approved, and observed) which are related to me

2)  Completed docs

▶ Click the Completed Docs menu in ‘All documents▼‘ menu.

You can see all the Completed documents related to me such as the document that I requested, approved, received and observed.

3) Rejected docs

▶ Click the Rejected Docs menu in ‘All documents▼‘ menu.

You can see all the Rejected documents related to me such as the document that I requested, approved and observed.

*For the rejected documents, you can re-suggest it. (View re-request the rejected documents)

* Also you can remove the Rejected documents

① Selected a document which you want to remove

② And click the button

3. Create and Manage labels

▶ Click the Create labels / Manage labels menu in the ‘Workflow‘ menu.

You can create and use labels to organize your documents into categories – Work,  To do list, Projects and Expense and any category you want. Please check how to create labels and manage them with URL below.

4. Attachment file

▶ Access Workflow menu > Attachment file menu.

Available to check attachment files of all documents related to me such as the document that I requested, approved, received and observed.

In addition, available to find the desired file easily by search.

5. My Process (Approval Line) 

▶ Access Workflow menu > My Process menu.

(1) Click ‘Add process’ button to register the process that I created directly.

(2) In addition, click ‘Copy’ icon on the bottom of approval line to copy the shared process that was created by administrator.

(3) Available to modify or delete.

*As the original copy of the shared process is the process used in common in the organization, only administrator can modify or delete it.

6. Stats

▶ Access Workflow menu > Stats menu.

Available to identify the stats of request and approved status of Docswave.
